FORMER GE CHAIRMAN & CEO JACK WELCH TO GUEST HOST CNBCs SQUAWK BOX
WHO:Jack Welch, former GE Chairman and CEO and best-selling author of Jack: Straight From the Gut, will join Squawk Box regulars Mark Haines, Joe Kernen, David Faber, Maria Bartiromo and Marci Rossell for three-hours of unscripted and fast-paced banter as the day unfolds on Wall Street. Serving as guest host of the program, Welch will interview such top corporate leaders as Warren Buffett, Chairman and CEO Berkshire Hathaway; Scott McNealy, Chairman and CEO Sun Microsystems; Lawrence Bossidy, Chairman and CEO Honeywell International; Phil Condit, Chairman and CEO Boeing and Herb Kelleher, Chairman Southwest Airlines. Welch will also offer his perspective and guidance on the companies who are topping business headlines.
WHAT:Squawk Box is CNBCs pre-game jump on the business day with live reports from major investment banks and the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
