WATCH OUT FOR LOVE’S MAGICAL BITE IN TELEMUNDO’S EL BESO DEL VAMPIRO
Miami, FL – Those who love magic, mystery, adventure, and romance cannot afford to miss “El Beso del Vampiro” (The Vampire’s Kiss); Telemundo’s upcoming novela which will take viewers into the life and humorous situations “modern day” vampires have to face in order to survive. This excellent and unique production, another story told in the way only TV Globo knows how, will take its first “bite” into US Spanish-language TV Wednesday, January 8 at 7PM ET/PT, only TELEMUNDO.
Zeca (12) is the eldest of Beto and Livia’s three children. Despite his parent’s disapproval, he seems to have an inexplicable obsession with vampires and is constantly reading about their stories and surfing the net to find “vampire fans” just like him. His favorite one of all is “Boris”, the most powerful vampire that ever existed and who is said to be waiting for his beloved Princess Cecilia to reincarnate and join him through eternity. However, little does Zeca know that Boris also wanted something else more than anything in the world: have a son so he can become a “master vampire” and that he is indeed that son.
When Boris goes in search for his son to join him, he reveals to Zeca the truth about his origin, powers, and that his mother is the reincarnation of the Princess Cecilia he so much loves. To his surprise, Zeca does not accept him and declares a war on his father and anyone who dares threaten his family. However, when his vampire powers start growing, what will he do? Will he join his father Boris so they can together become the “most powerful vampires that ever existed” or will he save his mother from the vampire’s magical love bite?
With the success of our recent soap operas choosing a new production has become a challenge, said Manuel Martínez, executive vice president of Programming and Production for Telemundo. El Beso del Vampiro is a high-quality product that allows us to meet this important mission.
EL BESO DEL VAMPIRO is a wonderful magical and humorous story that takes us from the Medieval Ages to the 21st Century through its high-end production and special effects; made up of amazing makeup, special contact lenses, and dental fixtures which highlight the latest stage designs and choreographies that correspond to the story line.
