FT. LEE, N.J. — January 15, 2003 — David Zaslav, President, NBC Cable Networks, announced today that Erica Conaty has been promoted to Vice President of Bravo Marketing from Director of Marketing and Communications for the cable distribution group. Conaty has worked for NBC Cable Networks for over six years.

“Erica has been a key member of the NBC Cable Networks team since 1996. She has been responsible for helping to direct the affiliate marketing and trade press efforts for CNBC, MSNBC, CNBC World, ShopNBC, Telemundo, mun2 and the Olympics. I am very proud of Erica and all that she has accomplished here and congratulate her on this well deserved promotion,” said Zaslav.

At NBC Cable Networks, Conaty’s new responsibilities will focus on trade marketing, advertising, promotions, community relations and in-school education campaigns, local event marketing, local ad sales marketing and promotions, regional co-op marketing, merchandising and press for all trade and distribution related issues for the Bravo network.

Prior to joining NBC Cable in 1996, Conaty held marketing and public relations positions with Odyssey Cruises. She is an active member of WICT and CTAM and a graduate of WICT’s Executive Development Seminar, CTAM U and GE’s Management Development Course.
