TRACI LORDS JOINS CAST — During a series of brutal murders, Sam (Ally Walker) and the task force discover that all the crimes occur during rainstorms that apparently trigger a violent response in the killer. Meanwhile, serial slayer Jack of All Trades befriends a recently paroled prisoner (new series regular Traci Lords, ‘Melrose Place’) and vows to remake her — by teaching her his own murderous modus operandi.
