SWOOSIE AND SUSAN — KURTZ AND RUTTAN — GUEST STAR AS WIDOWS WHO WOO MR. FITZ — An uncomfortable Mr. Fitzgerald (Brian Dennehy) squirms when two lively widows, Mrs. Bartoli (guest star Swoosie Kurtz, “Sisters”) and Mrs. Rafferty (guest star Susan Ruttan) flirt with him but when Sophie (Connie Britton) sets him up for a movie with Mrs. Bartoli, the family patriarch dreads re-entering the dating scene — all of which provides laughs for his sons. At the same time, wily Patrick (Jon Patrick Walker) plays the sympathy card by bolstering the ego of his tearful date, a recent divorcee (guest star Lesli Margherita). Meanwhile, back home, Sophie and Jim (Justin Louis) settle in for the umpteenth playing of their tiny daughter Marie’s (Abigail Mavity) favorite “Pocahontas” video. Christopher Moynihan also stars..
