The series demonstrates the benefits of gardening that reach far beyond the soil! Benefits such as the rediscovery of an individuals creativity, fresh air, exercise, and the use of garden vegetables and cultivated herbs to create organic and healthy cuisine. The show also offers several ideas for decorating the home such as landscaping, container gardening and crafts made with garden produce.
