As you make your New Years resolution to workout and get fit, NBC 5 is there to help you get started and keep your promise. NBC 5 will bring together leading experts and health-related companies to the Dallas Convention Center to showcase products and services.
Join NBC 5 for a free, fun and informative family event. There will also be free health screenings and demonstrations, such as: rock climbing, scuba diving and healthy cooking.
On Saturday, fans of Days Of Our Lives can meet Alison Sweeney (Sami Brady) and Matt Cedeno (Brandon Walker) at the NBC 5 booth. On Sunday, Days Of Our Lives fans can meet Bryan Dattilo (Lucas Roberts) and other NBC celebrities. The booth will also be the place to meet your favorite NBC 5 news anchors. Also at HealthFit Expo, the Telemundo 39 booth will host Marian de la Fuente and Ricky Luis from its national morning show De Mañanita, which airs at 6 am on Telemundo 39. Plus meet the Telemundo 39 anchors, which will be making appearances throughout the event.
