This is the first time ever the Golden Globes Awards have been presented in Spanish, a precedent-setting event in Spanish-language television.

Candela Ferro, the host of Telemundos Ripleys Believe it or Not program and Jose Diaz-Balart, veteran journalist and anchor of Telemundo Internacionals daily news programs will be announcing the nominations and award winners live to the audience in Spanish. A female and male narrator will be translating the remarks of the winner.
